3rd Jinchuuriki user

This is one of the 9 jinchuuriki users, his name is Sanbi, and he has inside of him a 3 tailed turtle/shrimp demon. His from the village hidden in the mist and his first appearance in manga is chapter 317.

When Sanbi was captured by the Akatsuki because he wasn't with his Jinchuuriki host, therefore he was weak and wasn't able to control his powers.

He was then captured and sealed.............
